Every Hatwater begins with a proper fitting because no two heads are exactly alike. While most hats are sold by size alone, we believe true comfort comes from understanding the unique shape of the person wearing it. We take the time to ensure your Hatwater sits naturally, feels balanced, and becomes something you forget you're even wearing. During your first fitting, we create a custom block of your individual head shape, engrave it with your permanent Hatwater Member Number, and preserve it in our workshop. From that day forward, every Hatwater we build begins with your personal block, ensuring every future hat fits as comfortably as your first.

Select from a curated selection of classic crown and brim styles to create a Hatwater that reflects your personality while honoring the timeless traditions of quality hatmaking.

We complete every Hatwater with its signature ribbon, bow, and handcrafted finishing details before welcoming you into the Hatwater Boyz Club.

Welcome to the club
The Hatwater Boyz Hat Club begins with your first Hatwater. Every member is personally fitted, and a custom block of their unique head shape is created, engraved with their permanent Member Number, and preserved in our workshop for life. That block becomes the foundation for every future Hatwater, ensuring each one fits as perfectly as the first.
Membership also unlocks access to our online members' workshop, where you can commission future hats from your personal block, along with exclusive member-only releases and limited edition collections. More than a hat, membership is the beginning of a lifelong relationship with Hatwater.
