The High Top began life as a vintage 1970s Stetson 6X Beaver before being carefully restored, reconditioned, and reshaped into our signature Gus profile. Crafted from premium vintage beaver felt, it carries the character, durability, and craftsmanship of another era while offering a timeless silhouette built for today. It's a one-of-a-kind piece that honors the past without living in it.
Inspired by the rugged coastline where California meets the Pacific, the Pacific Rim blends Western heritage with timeless sophistication. Its refined silhouette, clean lines, and understated profile make it equally at home in the city, on the coast, or wherever the day leads. Crafted from our premium 7X beaver/rabbit blend and finished with Hatwater's signature bow, it's a hat designed to be worn often and appreciated for years to come.
The Everyday RCA was designed for exactly what its name suggests—a hat you'll reach for every day. Inspired by classic Western lines and refined for modern life, it features a clean RCA crown, a 3¼-inch flat brim, and our signature Hatwater bow. Crafted from our premium 7X beaver/rabbit blend in Charcoal, it offers timeless style with a quiet confidence that feels just as at home downtown as it does beyond the city limits.
The California Gus is our signature take on a timeless Western silhouette. Featuring a classic Gus crown, a clean flat brim, and our signature Hatwater bow, it strikes the perfect balance between Western heritage and everyday sophistication. Crafted from our premium 7X beaver/rabbit blend in Mushroom, this hat is equally at home on a ranch, in the city, or anywhere in between.

The Hatwater House Hat Club begins with your first Hatwater. Every member is personally fitted, and a custom block of their unique head shape is created, engraved with their permanent Member Number, and preserved in our workshop for life. That block becomes the foundation for every future Hatwater ensuring each one fits as perfectly as the first.
